Rob began working full time with McCrae Property Group in January 2021. Prior to this Rob was assisting Kyli part-time within the business whilst also running his own business servicing  Bowen’s farming community with compliance and auditing support along with labour hire services. 

Rob draws on an extensive background of executive and managerial experience as well as a long history working within the industry’s that  support Bowen’s farming community.

Rob has taken the role of Business Manager within our organisation and oversees all aspects of the business management and the growth of our business. Rob is very involved within our Property Management team and works very closely with our landlords on a daily basis whilst also overseeing all areas of compliance within the business.

In addition to this, Rob is a very talented drone pilot and assists Kyli in preparing all of our marketing material for both sales and rentals IN- HOUSE to ensure we are offering market leading technology and top of the line imagery with the presentation of all of our properties to market.
