It was by luck that I found McCrae Property Group Real Estate Agents as the block of 6 units were listed with 4 or 5 other agents at that time. Kyli the principal of the agency was very generous with her time even going as far as getting her husband Rob to bring a ladder so I could inspect the ceiling spaces.
