After a stagnating market in Bowen and being constantly overlooked by potential buyers when in the hands of other Real Estates, Kyli was in constant touch with me throughout the year, giving me marketing advice, sending me monthly information about sales of like houses in Bowen, letting me know when prospective buyers showed interest in the house, and encouragement.
