In a process that started with standard negotiations, then the developer going into administration, then liquidator considering and thus passing on the property, thru to a bank owned sale, she was patient with the process right thru until settlement. Kept me up to date, communicated clearly to myself, the Body Corp folks, and my settlement agent. This is all on top of being a true Bowen local and able to give advise on the Bowen market, plus all the little things like where to get hardware, best place for meals, etc. The short of it is that if you're serious about buying real-estate in Bowen, you are not going to find a better person from the professional side, down to the personal individual side of frankly just giving superior customer service.
